3. Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project:

  • Before project start: Full refund minus any setup or consultation fees (typically 10% of project value)
  • During discovery phase: Refund of 80% of remaining balance after deducting completed work
  • During development phase: Refund of 50% of remaining balance after deducting completed work
  • After delivery: No refunds, but we offer 90 days of post-launch support

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Third-party services, licenses, or subscriptions purchased on your behalf
  • Domain registration and hosting fees
  • Completed and delivered work that meets the agreed specifications
  • Consultation and discovery phase fees after work has commenced
  • Custom design work that has been approved by the client

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your project details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to finding a fair resolution for all parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as outlined in our Terms of Service.

7. Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time
  • You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period

8. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If delivered software contains critical bugs or does not meet the agreed specifications, we will fix the issues at no additional cost within the warranty period (typically 90 days post-launch). This does not constitute grounds for a refund but ensures you receive the quality service you paid for.
